Welcome to LEINPAGE. LEINPAGE provides mobile applications, web applications, and related technology services to help you connect, share, and manage information. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and LEINPAGE. By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
LEINPAGE refers to LEINPAGE Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies. “You” refers to the individual using the Services or, if you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. LEINPAGE is based in Vietnam and operates in accordance with Vietnamese law and applicable international regulations.
These Terms describe the relationship between you and LEINPAGE: we allow you to use the Services provided you comply with these Terms, the privacy policy, and any applicable additional terms. Understanding these Terms is important because they define what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Acceptance of Terms and Amendments
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and agree to be bound by these Terms. User Accounts
To use certain Services, you must create a LEINPAGE account. When registering, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your full name and contact details. You may only create one personal account and may not sell, transfer, or allow others to use your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. If you detect or suspect unauthorized access, you must notify LEINPAGE immediately and take steps to secure your account.
LEINPAGE reserves the right to disable or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or other applicable policies, or if your activity harms us, other users, or violates the law. You may delete your account at any time, but deletion may not remove all content you have shared with others.
Data Collection and Privacy
LEINPAGE collects user data to operate and improve the Services. This includes information you provide (such as name, email, phone number, and uploaded content), device data (hardware, operating system, identifiers), usage data (activity history, interactions, preferences), and location data. We may also collect data from third-party sources as permitted by law.

You grant LEINPAGE a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display your content to operate, improve, and promote the Services. This license remains valid until your content is deleted, except where it has been shared publicly or remains accessible through third-party systems.
User Commitments and Prohibited Conduct
You must comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and respect others’ rights. You must use your real identity, provide accurate information, and not share account access.
You must not use the Services for illegal, misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent activities; distribute malware or spam; collect data without authorization; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; or harass, threaten, or promote violence.
LEINPAGE may remove violating content and suspend accounts. We may cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.
Software License and Updates
The Services may include software licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or extract source code unless permitted by law or written consent.
Software may automatically update to improve functionality, fix issues, or enhance security. These updates may change or remove features.
Some components may be subject to open-source licenses, which will prevail in case of conflict.
Third-Party Links and Content
Services may include links to third-party websites or services. LEINPAGE does not control or take responsibility for their content, policies, or actions. Accessing them is at your own risk.
Some features may integrate with third-party platforms. Your use of such features is subject to their terms.
Advertising and Business Model
LEINPAGE provides free Services funded through advertising, premium services, or paid products. By using the Services, you agree that we may display ads and commercial content.
We use your activity and preferences to show relevant ads but do not sell personal data. Advertisers receive aggregated, anonymized insights.

We do not provide professional advice. Use of information is your responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LEINPAGE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
Total liability is limited to the greater of amounts paid in the past 12 months or USD 500.
Indemnification
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to indemnify LEINPAGE against claims arising from violations or misuse.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are resolved in Hanoi courts unless otherwise required by law.
Parties must attempt good-faith negotiation before legal action.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
You may not transfer rights without consent. LEINPAGE may assign rights in corporate transactions.
Changes to Terms
We may update Terms as needed. Continued use means acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Services.
